Hospital Corpsman 1st Class (DSW/PJ) Thomas R Harris was freshly named Sailor of the Year for Naval Education and Training Command, Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla. Harris, assigned to the Pearl Harbor detachment of the Center For Explosive Ordinance Disposal and Diving, advances as the center's leading diminutive officer, lead instructor and a first class diver. He is also self-same involved with and dedicated to mentoring America's youth.
