"Job skills are already in the scheme and each job already has the desired skill stake requirements attached. When a Sailor shakes up their JCMS homepage, it will exhibit to the Navy's first five do job-works the first five jobs matching the Sailor's choices and the first five work at jobss with incentives. Each Sailor has a fight indicator to help determine best matches based upon their resume of skills," he said.

"Commands have access to diocese the status of their piece of works and are able to anonymously view an applicant's pay grade, rate, NEC (Navy Enlisted Classification Code) denomination and platform history," said OSCM (SW/AW) Pat Lumley PERS-4 senior enlisted advisor at Navy Personnel Command. "This access allows commands a real-time capability to track command manning and view potential gains."

Sailors receive alerts everywhere the negotiation process to preserve them abreast of their present status and the status of any do job-works they have applied for.

"The first time they log into JCM concerning entering their nine-month negotiation window, they are required to fill gone out their duty preference sheet to make secure the system captures the latest choices of the Sailor," said Lumley "It is highly important for Sailors to render certain their duty preference sheets are updated with the most numerous accurate information, as one of the primary indicator lights extracts dam to formulate an indicator," he said.
