As part of its Human Capital Strategy, the Navy announced plans in January to involve the personnelman (PN) and disbursing assistant (DK) ratings into a just discovered rating: personnel specialist (PS).
This merger will be automatic for PN- and DK-rated Sailors and will come into view Oct. 1.
